Susan has 12 years experience working with adults in the public and private sectors, and currently accepts private referrals, and referrals under the Medicare Better Access Initiative, WorkCover, DVA and NDIS.
With a warm and accepting therapeutic style, Susan tailors interventions to support better health and wellbeing, while building skills to manage life challenges. Susan has high-level qualifications and training in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including: Eye-Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), Structural Dissociation, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Using neuro-affirming and advanced trauma-informed therapeutic skills, Susan provides support and therapy to clients experiencing Depression, Anxiety and stress, Trauma and PTSD symptoms, Adjustment distress, e.g. medical diagnosis, life transitions and events, Chronic pain, Grief and loss, Disordered eating, Harmful health behaviour, e.g. inactivity, smoking, alcohol and substance use, Emotion dysregulation and Distress intolerance. She works collaboratively with her clients and participants towards their clearly defined goals.
Susan has a special interest in chronic condition management, and the associated links between mental and physical health conditions. Her past experience included working within multidisciplinary teams in Disability Services (public sector) supporting capacity building, wellbeing and positive behaviour with adults. She also worked in the Community Health and Gastroenterology areas (public and private sectors) providing education and treatment for complex mental health presentations commonly associated with chronic conditions (e.g. cardiac disease, pulmonary disease, diabetes Type 1 and 2, liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)).

Amanda completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 1996. Amanda has worked in clinical settings throughout her career in community, government and private organisations. Amanda has worked
extensively in the areas of child/adolescent and adult mental health and is passionate about helping people across the lifespan.
She has a special interest in working with Veterans and their families. Amanda has worked in many areas of practice with particularly speciality in the areas of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship counselling, grief, trauma and perinatal and postnatal mental health. Her experiences are backed by formal training in CBT, CBT-E, CRT, FBT, ACT, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. -

Alison is an experienced Registered Psychologist, wife, and mother of three, with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Since 2010, she has been providing compassionate, evidence-based counselling services that support resilience, self-discovery, and personal growth. Alison’s therapeutic approach centres on empathy, empowerment, and helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
With a background in Disability Services within the Government Sector, Alison developed strong skills in assessment, report writing, and client advocacy, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support. This experience laid the foundation for her neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach she uses.
She works with individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief, relationship issues, and parenting stress. Alison integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Alison specialises in supporting adults who are newly diagnosed with or self-identify as having autism or ADHD.
As a registered Medicare provider, Alison offers services under NDIS, Private Health, WorkCover, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Assess EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
